GEXSI LLP is a consultancy firm that provides professional development investment services. Our aim is to mediate social investments in low-income regions around the world, with the aim to alleviate poverty.

GEXSI LLP is a limited liability partnership which has been founded in 2006 under U.K Law with the Partnership No.: OC 320304t.

We identify social investment opportunities for both commercial and philanthropic investors
We provide business planning support and advise on funding strategies to (social) entrepreneurs
We design philanthropic investment funds
We build partnerships to address bottom-of-the-pyramid markets
We steward funds and provide monitoring and reporting services
We assist clients in measuring the social and ecological impact of their investments
We provide research on topics related to ethical investments in the developing world

We focus on topics related to the UN Millennium Development Goals. Our main areas of interest are sustainable biofuels and energy, water and sanitation, low-cost housing, agriculture and fairtrade, as well as businesses that address bottom-of-the-pyramid markets.
